UMA has show cased the many ways it’s protocol can be used, but we’ve introduced another… decentralized talent referrals.
We are using “Referral Options” tokens to incentivize recommendations to the industry’s best talent. Participating in this system will not require any identity information or clout with regards to the referrer.
UMA will test this method by offering referral rewards paid out on certain milestones, worth up to ~$25K at current UMA prices (the option is denominated in $UMA, so the USD value will depend on the price at that point in time.)
These aren’t different from numbers that traditional recruiting firms make, but what we want to do is reward our community for helping grow our ecosystem directly.
